We only accept returns within 7 days and are still brand new
in original packaging. Items will only be accepted where assembly has
not been attempted and returned in a reasonable condition.
Customer needs to ensure that items are checked on delivery
before signing for them. We regret that we can not be liable for
damaged items through our couriers which have been signed and checked
by the customer. If the Box/Packaging is damaged please advise the
driver to amend his paper work to include damaged before signing. This
enables the replacement procedure to be alot more efficient.
We comply fully with the Consumer Protection (Distance
Selling) Regulations 2000.

(the "Regulations") came into force in the UK on 31st October 2000.
The Regulations aim to protect the you the consumer buying
goods at a distance from the supplier (us), where the consumer (you)
does not have the benefit of meeting face to face with the supplier
(us) and inspecting the goods offered for sale.
